He diagnosed the problem with my leaking refrigerator/freezer in under 2 minutes. He is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. He explained everything to me in easy terms I could understand. He cleaned up messes that weren't even his that he discovered along the way (i.e. Spilled food/crumbs in my freezer). Idan also answered some quick questions for me about other potential appliance repairs in my home and gave me very solid advice - probably saving me a lot of money and a lot of headache. I had a great experience with Idan at Mr. Fix. My refrigerator stopped cooling and I was desperate to get someone to fix it fast to save all the food in the fridge and freezer. One guy from another company was able to come by that afternoon and "fix" the problem. Unfortunately the "fix" didn't work. I was starting to realize that I had probably been taken by this guy and decided to bring Mr. Fix in to take a look.
Idan came by the next day and not only had the previous guy not diagnosed the problem correctly (loss of freon) but he had taken out a necessary part of the fridge and replaced it with one that would have ultimately ruined it, requiring that I buy a new fridge. Idan with Mr. Fix not only diagnosed the problem properly (he put more freon in the fridge and it began cooling immediately) he also correctly fixed the the screw up done by the other guy.
Idan was very professional and took the time to explain to me the problem and how he fixed it. I was very happy with the service I received from Mr. Fix. And, now I have a repair company that I can trust.
